Sudoku, originally called Number Place, was created in 1979 by Dell Magazines

Since then, it has been adopted by all kinds of puzzle hobbyists and is now a puzzle type of its own.

It is said that doing sudoku and similar type of puzzles can increase ones ability to reason, memorize and recognize patterns.

This website was created to encourage people to play sudoku, by removing the struggle of getting up pen and paper.
